Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.

Shipping Timing

You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided. 

Entering your shipping destination ZIP code. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.

PO boxes: 

Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.

Title to Products

Purchases of product through www.dedicatedvideos.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and www.dedicatedvideos.com is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

How to Change Shipping or Pickup Options After an Order Has Been Placed

Need to change your shipping or pickup options?

You can change your shipping options as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 30 minutes of placing your order. (During our busy holiday season, it might be shorter.) Make sure to email icortez@dedicatedvideos.com to confirm the change. 

 

In general, here are the timeframes to keep in mind.

 

Let us know within 30 minutes if you’d like to:

 

• Change your shipping method

• Switch from shipping to store pickup

• Change the shipping address

Shipping to a Military Address - APO/FPO

We are temporarily unable to ship items to Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I ship items in the same order to multiple addresses?

If you want to ship multiple quantities of the same item to separate shipping addresses, you'll need to place separate orders.

Free standard shipping on orders 

On qualifying items, free shipping will be noted on the product page and in your Cart, along with an estimated date of arrival. If you do not receive a estimated date of arrival, please email icortez@dedicatedvideos.com

Packaging

Items are responsibly recycled by our third-party partners. 

Our  partners ensure that the various commodities are sent to locations where they will be r into new products. 

Not all products can be recycled.

 Cancellations

If you need to cancel your delivery, email icortez@dedicatedvideos.com as soon as possible. If 2 hours have past after finalizing the order, the sale is final and no refund, return, or exchange will be granted.

Restrictions

Sorry, but we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
